Emmerson Ross is run by two partners. Clare Ross leads technology sales recruitment, covering SaaS, cloud, MSP and IT sales roles. Graeme Ross leads engineering sales recruitment, covering engineering, manufacturing and aerospace sales roles. Between them they bring two decades of Devon market expertise.

We focus on quality of placement rather than high volume. We screen thoroughly, build long term partnerships with the businesses we work with, and protect our clients' employer branding by treating every candidate with respect from first contact to placement.
