Graeme
I am a partner at Emmerson-Ross Recruitment and over the past 20 years in South Devon I have been helping HR managers and business owners find the talent to help their business succeed.
My sector of recruiting is in the vast arena of Manufacturing, Digital and Tech . Over the past 20 years this sector has become so diverse and I enjoy keeping refreshed in the evolving trends.
I am a kind, compassionate and dedicated person. I guess that is why I love recruiting, it is people and relational focused.
As an old mentor once said to me, “Your greatest strengths are that you never accept there is no way to complete the task at hand, and you are so passionate about wanting to help”. What is recruitment if it is not helping people succeed? When I am not working I love my time with family and friends, this to me is what life is all about!
I love to golf, swim, read or play football in my spare time.
Clare
I am a partner at Emmerson-Ross recruitment and I have been recruiting in South Devon for over 27 years. I have supported many large, medium and small organisations in a multitude of recruitment projects. I specialise in all things accountancy, sales, marketing, customer service and administration.
I also head up all our senior management and senior appointment placements. I am friendly, approachable, articulate and a very good listener. I take great joy in exceeding client expectations and believe open and frequent communication throughout the recruitment process is key.
My family and friends are everything to me so in my spare time we are always busy doing something together. I enjoy walking, reading and watching the odd entertaining box set.
