I have over 20 years’ experience working with businesses across South Devon and specialise in sales recruitment for SME and mid-market engineering and manufacturing businesses. I help clients hire sales professionals who drive growth, win new business and build long-term customer relationships.

My focus is on understanding the needs of engineering sales teams and the challenges faced by manufacturers, engineering firms and technical businesses. I stay close to the market and enjoy helping clients secure people who make a measurable impact on revenue, customer retention and commercial performance.

I am known for being approachable, supportive and committed. For me, recruitment is built on strong relationships, honest communication and delivering consistently for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a keen golfer and actively involved with my local golf club. I also enjoy cold water swimming, reading and football when I get the chance.
