With over 20 years’ experience in the Devon B2B sales market, I understand that successful recruitment comes from listening carefully to what businesses need and what sales professionals want from their next career move.
I specialise in technology, communications, and commercial sales recruitment, building trusted partnerships through a straightforward and transparent approach. My focus is on creating the right match, ensuring both clients and candidates feel supported throughout the process.
Accountability matters to me. I do what I say I will do, and you can expect honest advice, clear communication, and a personal approach from start to finish.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog. I also enjoy live music and painting in acrylics whenever I get the chance.

I specialise in engineering and industrial sales recruitment, with a focus on complex B2B sales environments. My aim is to understand both the commercial objectives of a business and the ambitions of the individual, creating long term matches that work for everyone involved.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a keen golfer and actively involved at my local golf club. I also enjoy cold water swimming, reading, and following football whenever I get the chance.
